Refunds, Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges in most cases:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I do not accept cancellations after 3 days

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized orders -This includes engraved rings or modified items, such as special requested plating or rare gemstones that are not typically offered, please email for more details.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Insurance for shipping is offered at checkout to protect jewelry in transit. Seller takes responsibility for any errors or defects that may relate to the production or manufacturing of the jewelry. Buyer is responsible for costs related to exchanges including reasons such as ordering the wrong size or deciding on a different item.
