Handling Time: Once an order is received, your jewelry will be packed with great care. We ship all items with tracking information and we send the tracking information automatically to you.
- Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs but we can provide tracking #'s and assistance on whom to contact.

- *Seller not responsible for postage cost lost as a result of incorrect address given by buyer, and returned to seller. If an item is returned to us we can reship the item and re-invoice for the cost of new postage.
