Beautiful and great quality ring!
This London blue topaz Edwardian style ring is just stunningly beautiful. I could not believe how high-quality the ring is when I received it, especially at the price point it was offered. It looks like a ring that cost 20 times as much as it did - no exaggeration! I’m wearing it now and I can’t wait for others to see it. I have no doubt the compliments are going to be numerous. I couldn’t be happier. I plan to check out this website even more and probably purchase more jewelry.
Oh, and one more thing. There was an issue CAUSED BY ME in terms of bank fraud perpetrated on me by a number of fake companies which caused payment to SILVER EMBRACE to be delayed (I forgot I had ordered the ring and didn’t recognize the name of the company and included them among the other companies that WERE fraudulent).
Ginger, who owns SILVER EMBRACE could not have been nicer and worked with me to make my ring, even though I had created a problem for them (by mistakenly including them in my fraud claim), continuing to make my ring while I got things resolved with my bank.
I think the jewelry made by this company is very high-quality, very reasonably priced, and I anticipate I will be back again and again.
I never received this order. This is the second time this has happened to me. Please let me know when I will get this ring that I have paid for .

Very disappointing. I thought the stone would sit down in the ring, not a stone sitting on the top.

Can I get a size not listed?
Our sizes range from size 4-10 (US). All rings can be made in these sizes. Other designs may have size limits. If your size is not listed as a choice please contact us or leave a note a checkout with your size preference. Email; firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I have a different color stone?
All our items are handcrafted, so we can change orders to suit your fancy. If you would rather a different simulated or even a natural stone, we can usually accommodate these requests. Of course, there is a price difference for natural stones, and they are not always available, but we do try. Please note that any customized item is not eligible for return.
I want this in 14k gold, is that an option?
Yes, we can make any item in 10k or 14k gold. Choose from white gold or rose gold - even yellow gold can be done.

Shipping & Tracking information
What is the Shipping time frame?
All our items are handcrafted to order so please allow 12 to 16 business days (approximately 2.5 to 3 weeks) for the planning, production, polishing, packaging, and processing of your order. Three days after your order is placed your jewelry will begin the casting process. For this reason, we do not like to cancel orders after three (3) days time. Once an item is finished, your jewelry will be packed with great care to be shipped to you.
Do you send Tracking?
Yes! We ship all items with tracking information, and we send the tracking information automatically to you. If you are in a hurry, you can upgrade shipping at checkout. Add insurance at checkout for extra protection of your items. Please remember we cannot control the postal service; shipping times may vary.
